Note(s):

There is a complimentary reception at the hotel for all attendees and their guests on the evening of November 18, before the software update.

There is a complimentary evening activity the night of the meeting for all attendees. Guests may also be registered for the evening event, with an additional registration fee.

This year's evening event will be held on Thursday, November 19th. We will be attending Disney's The Lion King at the Mandalay Bay.
