General

• New Company Wizard: Pulls prior year data automatically while setting up a new company.
• Electronic Filing Wizard: Meet the NAIC filing requirements using the Electronic Filing Wizard.
• Compatibility: Compatible with Windows XP® and Windows Vista®.
• Validation Wizard: The Validation Wizard allows you to pre-select all the criteria, like setting the tolerance, or selecting textual and/or numeric validations, etc., prior to running the validations.
• Washington State Filing Wizard: Steps you through the electronic filing requirements for Washington state and submits the electronic file automatically to the Washington FTP site.
• Security: Use the TCPAdmin program to set security by company, statement or page.
• Speed: Validations can be run on an entire annual statement, usually in under a minute.

State Forms

• State Forms are now available for Life, P&C, Health, Fraternal and Title Companies.
• All forms from the state checklists, except for premium taxes, are included.

Annual Statement Functions

• Prior Year Data: Prior year data is pulled from last year's NAIC file. This means your prior year data can be brought forward regardless of your previous annual statement software.
• Import Data: Each page of the statement is supported by import specifications. You can create a file from another system based on the import specifications and import it into the page. Investment system vendors use these specifications to interface with Schedule D in The Complete Package^®.
• Current Year Data: You enter the data in one page, it's automatically transferred to other applicable pages. You may turn this feature on or off at any time.
• Combined Statements generated quickly: Just indicate which companies you want to be part of the combined statement, select the pages to combine and click "Combine".
• Context Sensitive Help: Click the help button on a page and a help file displays information pertinent to that page. This can include the NAIC Annual Statement Instructions and the Booke Handbook.
• Booke Handbook On-line: Those companies that purchase the Booke Annual Statement Preparation Handbook (Life and P&C companies) will receive the on-line version at no additional cost.
• Workpapers: Various parts of the statement are supported by workpapers. These parts include the Cash Flow page, Schedule P (P&C), IMR (Life & Fraternal), IEE (P&C) and State Page.

Printing

• What You See Is What You Get: What you see on the screen is what prints, no guessing.
• Annual statement changes: NAIC changes to the statement are displayed on your screen in red. Current and prior year data transfers, manual input and locked cells are color coded. The pages may also be printed in color.
• Scalable printing: This allows printing of your statement pages on either legal or letter size paper. Choose any font style or size: The company name, nones and page number items may be printed with any Windows font you have installed on your computer.
• PDF printing: Create Portable Document Files (PDF) files quickly by selecting File, Print To PDF from the TCP menu.
