The financial impact of reinsurance will be analyzed through case studies and a review of reinsurance accounting. Legal considerations, including a review of reinsurance contracts, also will be discussed as well as a detailed review of regulatory reporting of reinsurance.

Prerequisites:

No advance preparation or prerequisite is required for this intermediate level seminar. However, experience in P&C insurance accounting and reporting will be useful.
