About Booke Seminars

For over 40 years, Booke Seminars has been the nationally recognized leader in providing relevant continuing professional education to insurance industry accounting and financial reporting professionals. Our participants are accountants, actuaries, and other insurance company financial staff and managers, along with auditors, consultants, state regulators, and industry analysts.

How Booke Seminars Are Taught

Booke Seminars are taught by our full-time faculty, supplemented by other industry experts. Class sessions incorporate lectures, question and answer sessions, case studies and group discussions and analysis. Many students find that seminar texts and supporting material become valued reference sources and appreciate the opportunity to call faculty to discuss practical issues when back at the office applying what they have learned. The instructional design of each course is continually reviewed to optimize your educational experience.

Private Seminars

As an alternative to our public seminars, we also provide private on-site seminars to groups of 10 or more, at significant cost savings, with content focused on your needs and using your company's financial statements.

Continuing Professional Education

Certificates for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) will be issued to seminar participants claiming credit. Estimated CPE hours for each seminar are displayed in the course description. Certificate credit hours will be based on actual hours of attendance.
 

Booke Seminars is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

Group Internet-Based Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the registrant. However, the registration fee may be applied toward any future Group Internet-Based course within the following 12 months. You may request this credit by calling (336) 728-2929 or emailing info [at] bookeseminars [dot] com.
