Payment, Confirmation, and Cancellation Policies

Credit card orders
All online orders and registrations are charged immediately.
If you choose to mail credit payment information, please print your invoice and mail, along with your credit card information, to:

Seminar confirmations will be sent upon receipt and/or verification of payment.
Handbook orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of receipt and/or verification of payment.
Confirmation procedure
Please read your confirmation carefully. It will include information about ground transportation options and other logistical information, as well as instructions regarding materials you should bring to class.
Travel
You are responsible for making your own transportation and hotel arrangements. Expenses for travel, hotel, and meals are not included in tuition, except for continental breakfast each morning and one class luncheon.
If you register but cannot attend:
Group Live Seminars Cancellation Policy
As long as you notify us before the seminar, you may send a replacement or apply your tuition to any Booke Seminar in the following 12 months. You may request a refund of your tuition, less a $200 administrative fee, up to 5 business days before the seminar.
Group Internet-Based Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the registrant. However, the registration fee may be applied toward any future Group Internet-Based course within the following 12 months. You may request this credit by calling (336) 728-2929 or emailing info [at] bookeseminars [dot] com.
If the program is being presented free of charge, there will be no refunds issued.
