If you purchased the Handbook as part of the Sovos Stat software, it is available through the software, with the statement open, under Help or by pressing F1 or Ctrl+F1.
If yo purchased the Handbook as a stand-alone order, it will be available in the education learning management system (shop.sovos.com).

2022 P&C handbook
Debbie, Thank you, however, the 2020 handbook is being displayed instead of the 2022 handbook. We usually login with Joan's email address. This year the invoice was addressed to me, but I don't see a place to enter a new login on the login screen.
Thanks Lillian |

If you are accessing the Handbook in the Stat software, you will need to contact statsupport@sovos.com to change the login on their platform. It is possible that the Handbook was not included in order form in the transition from TCP to Stat, so you are only seeing the last one ordered. Not really sure, and I don't have access to all of that data.

Debbie, I am not accessing it from the Stat software. I am using the shop.sovos.com website.

OK. Then contact stateducationservices@sovos.com. They are ones handling the stand-alone orders. They can provide more information on access there.

Hope things are going well for you and your group. I will be retiring at the end of April. I will miss everyone I have worked with through the many years.
