March 15th AOS filing
Can the March 15th AOS filing be a stand alone filing or does it have to be included in the March 1 filing of the Annual Statement, March Supplements (including SAO)?

The Actuarial Opinion Summary (which I am assuming you mean by the AOS), is not part of the March 1 submission filing. It is confidential and submitted to your state of domicile only.
