Statutory Note 10C

We're reviewing the disclosure wording in Note 10C for all of our companies, and we're having difficulty interpreting the NAIC instructions. We've looked at this Note as disclosed by eight other P&C companies of similar size. In line with our handling, some of these companies use the heading Change in Terms of Intercompany Arrangements, as recommended in your Handbook. Please provide background on your interpretation of the intent for this disclosure.
