Question State imposed Health Insurer fees (in place of 9010 Fee))

hi,
we see that some states started adopting Health Insurer fees (NJ, MD, NM and DE) in replacement of PPACA/9010 Fee.
Are you aware of NAIC addressing the accounting of these? Would these be falling under SSAP 35R or SSAP 106?
Thanks

State imposed Health Insurer Fees ( in place of ACA HIP Fee)

Hello,
As you know the HIT tax was repealed and the ACA HIP Fee was addressed in SSAP 106 which has been superseded.

So since SSAP 106 superseded , State imposed fees can not be addressed in SSAP 106.

I also see this as a State by State issue and not specifically addressed at this point by the NAIC SAPWG or BWG at this time.

Thanks.
