Interest on Claims mapping on Health Blanks

Can you please advise which line on the ReVex page should Interest on claims be mapped on the Health blanks?

There is no guidance that I can find, and I believe there is a diversity of practice. I would put it in line 21 general expenses. Other instructors here vote for including in the appropriate benefit line.
