Discontinued Operations on a Line of Business

We have a line of business which we have sold on October 1st, 2019, but per SSAP 24 and GAAP guidelines we need to report this line of business as Discontinued Operations in the third Quarter. I have found a reference from your Annual Statement Handbook that says that we should report the discontinued operations as continuing operations in the 3rd quarter filing. Can you confirm that Quarter 3 2019, the discontinued operation line on the financials should be reported as continuing operations? Can you offer advice on the how to complete the Annual Statement with the Realized Gain or Loss that will also be reported? (do we back out all of our member months, and other statistical information at that time?)
