Where on the NII page should we report ?Bonds Exempt? for Health Companies?

In addition, what line should we use to report tax exempt bonds? Thanks

The Annual Statement Instructions for Page 15, Exhibit of Net Investment Income, state that Line 1.1 - Bonds exempt from U.S. tax is only applicable to P&C insurance companies; therefore, a Health insurer would include bonds exempt from U.S. tax on Line 1.2 (unaffiliated).
