NY IEE Supplement

According to the instructions for this filing, all domestic insurers licensed in NY are required to file. So it would be the responsibility of the licensed (re)insurer to submit whatever filings may be necessary.

The instructions also provide the following guidance in bullet #5: The IEE-Supplement and a few others are "printed on tear out pages. If there is nothing to report on these Exhibits and Schedules, companies should complete the Supplemental Exhibits and Schedules Interrogatories on page 12...and tear out the Exhibits and/or Schedules on which there is nothing to report." If you have nothing to report, tear out the IEE and answer Interrogatory #4.X accordingly.
