We are having issues with random Notes reverting back to prior year data. We update in the EF pages so that the info flows to the individual notes pages. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Tell me a little more about exactly what is happening. Which page is "reverting", the printed page or the EF page? When you say "revert", are these changes you have made to the pink cells that are being un-changed, or data entered in blue current year cells is disappearing?

Do you have TCPAdmin configured in this repository? Is the TCPAdmin logging feature enabled? If so, the logs might shed some light on what is happening.
