Electronic filing - NAIC - Jurat page

Does the NAIC zip file need to be adjusted to include a signature page (instead of an unsigned Jurat page) if the state of domicile requires a signed Jurat page? I am unclear regarding the instructions/process.

The Instructions indicate you are to complete the Jurat signature requirements in accodance with your domiciliary state and to direct any questions regarding signature requirements to that state. At least one statement filed with the domicilary state must have original signatures. I think you need to talk to your regulator to see how they would like you to handle it.
