Failure Notice

Hi,
I received the attached failure notice from the NAIC. Also attached is what we submitted to the NAIC. The company doesn't have any debt so can you recommend how we should respond?

The software fix Friday should solve the Note 11 electronic filing problem for companies with "none" as well as those with data. You just have to rerun and resubmit the electronic notes.
