Does a line of credit need to disclosed on the annual statement? Thank you for your help in advance.

Paragraph 20(b) of SSAP 15, Debt and Holding Company Obligations, indicates that pertinent information concerning the kind of borrowing (e,g., debentures, commercial paper outstanding, bank loans, and lines of credit) should be disclosed.

The Annual Statement Instructions for Note 11 includes the same language.
