Any health carriers out there who have received their fee notice from the IRS but cannot make the payment via EFTPS because their bank (or their bank's vendor for EFTPS processing) does not have the "special" tax type code programmed? Please post here if experiencing difficulty in making payment via EFTPS. Thank you.
