Exclamation Claims paid in advance to providers

If our company paid medical claims in advance to providers until we finalize some reconciliation process becuase they haven't been approved for payment by our claims Dept.; Shall we present those advance as a reduction of the IBNR in the Quarterly Statutoty report or as prepayment and then non-admitted asset?

These payments should be treated as advance claims, would not impact IBNR.
