In TCP, select File | Print Setup and drop down the Name box to see what options are available. Try to avoid document generators like Acrobat and OneNote, and try to find a physical printer that does not say "redirected" or "from <machine name>", even if you cannot get to the actual printer right now. Select a new printer, and try opening pages again. It may take a few tries to find a printer that works.
